Zanesville Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public record indexes, official portals, and historical directory collections for Zanesville, Muskingum County, and Ohio. It does not host government records and is not connected with any government agency, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service and information reached through it only for lawful purposes. You may not use either to:

Where a request concerns a qualifying government record, the applicable open-records baseline is the Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43, along with the separate statutes, court rules, and confidentiality provisions that may apply to the requested record.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
